Hello Aid Station Captains,
Thank you so much for supporting the Kodiak! Many of you are returning Aid Station captains and we love that! We are very grateful to have you as part of the Kodiak family. Of course, we would like to welcome our new family members too!
We are hosting a Google Meet call to review important race details and volunteer functions. Please reply and confirm your attendance for Wednesday, October 4 at 7:00pm. You will receive a calendar invite.
Prior to the meeting you will receive a detailed guide on the event and your Aid Station specifically. These should be reviewed with your aid station volunteers as well. The guides include information such as rules, procedures, cutoff times, crew/pacer information, etc. It's important to understand this information as you'll be implementing these procedures at your station and helping to answer questions as they come up from runners, crews, and spectators.
We have a fun event planned for you and are working hard to set you up for a successful and fun-filled day(s)! We appreciate everyone's attention to detail, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to help out.
Ahead of the call, if you could help us plan, please:
- Enter all your volunteers, including their email addresses and shirt size, in the Volunteer Local website for your stations (Very important)
- Complete this form to confirm which equipment you (or anyone from your station) are able to bring.
